Please request your prescription online through the NHS app, at reception or through your pharmacy. We do not accept requests through e-mail or phone.
Please allow two complete working days for prescriptions to be sent electronically to your pharmacy.
All prescriptions will be issued at the doctor’s discretion.
Queries can be discussed with your local pharmacist or reception staff who can relay information to the doctor.
