All patients residing in the UK are welcome, but cannot promise home visits to those who do not live in the Leyton area.

For routine appointments please book online or call 02085391880. You will receive an SMS with your appointment details. If you cannot keep your appointment please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
Please ring the surgery before 10.30 am Monday – Friday if you have an urgent medical problem. Please note you may be offered a call back from the doctor.
Out of Hours
Patients are only expected to call the emergency number in cases of genuine emergency. Out of hours cover information can be obtained by calling the surgery out of hours or by calling 111.
This will only be made for those who are housebound where the doctor on-call considers appropriate.

Please allow two complete working days for prescriptions to be completed after request is made. Please write down your request and put into request box at reception or ask at reception for your login details to order repeat prescriptions online.
We send prescription electronically to your local pharmacy so please indicate your preference when ordering.
Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor’s discretion.
Queries can be discussed with your local pharmacist or reception staff who can relay information to the doctor.

Patient Participation group
The Surgery has an established patient participation group. Any patient who is interested in joining the group can submit their name to reception or attend meetings as advertised in the surgery.

Should you have cause to complain about any aspect of your treatment or the services at the surgery, please address this in the first instance to the practice manager, who will look into the matter and respond to your concerns.
