All patients are welcome to register for GP services but we are unable to provide home visits to those who live outside of the E10 post code.
Making An Appointment
Your local pharmacist can often help you avoid needing to make an appointment with us.

When you book an appointment with us you will receive an SMS with your appointment details. If you cannot keep your appointment please reply to the message to cancel so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
Always think about calling 999 if your medical problem is very urgent.
In working hours you can contact reception who can offer you a range of appointments.
Out of Hours
Out of Hours you can call 111 or complete and e-consultation 24/7
This will only be made for those who are housebound where the doctor on-call considers appropriate.

Please request your prescription online through the NHS app or through your pharmacy.
Please allow two complete working days for prescriptions to be completed.
We usually prescription electronically to your local pharmacy.
Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor’s discretion.
Queries can be discussed with your local pharmacist or reception staff who can relay information to the doctor.
Our local pharmacies run a minor ailments scheme – please ask your local pharmacy for more information.
Patient Participation Group
The Surgery has an established patient participation group. Any patient who is interested in joining the group can submit their name to reception or attend meetings as advertised in the surgery.
Zero Tolerance Policy
This practice fully supports and subscribes to the NHS Zero Tolerance campaign against unacceptable behaviour. Any patient who verbally abuses or shows aggression to any member of staff will be removed from our list.
Should you have cause to complain about any aspect of your treatment or the services at the surgery, please address this in the first instance to the practice manager, who will look into the matter and respond to your concerns. The manager can be contacted by our e-mail address or via reception.
