How can I feedback/complain?
We welcome feedback from patients about our service. We are always looking to learn from our mistakes and improve our service.
If you have any concerns about any aspect of our service please let us know. Our practice manager is always happy to help. In most cases concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised our practice mamaher will direct you to the next course of action.
How do I get my test results?
Test results are available online. Speak to reception about getting your access.
We will only make contact with you for abormal test results.
Tests results can take at least 5 working days to return.
Wwe cannot always give results over the phone and your GP may want to see you about the result.
How do I get a prescription?
Local pharmacies can issue medication for common ailments with over the counter medication or through the minor ailments scheme.
New prescription requests will need a discussion with a GP or prescribing clerk.
Please allow two complete working days for prescriptions to be completed
You can order repeat prescriptions online, at your pharmacy or at reception.
